A refrigerating device and a refrigerating method capable of preventing or suppressing the lowering of quality of food and a refrigerated object manufactured by using the refrigerating device and the refrigerating method, the refrigerating device (10) comprising a refrigerating device body (101), a cluster fragmenting device (1A) for fragmenting the cluster of water containing in the refrigerated objects (5), a placing part (7) for placing the refrigerated objects (5) thereon, a heat exchanger (8), and a low temperature gas supply means, the low temperature gas supply means further comprising a dehumidifying device (11) for dehumidifying low temperature gas heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger (8) and a fan (9) for circulating the dehumidified low temperature gas to keep dry the inside of the refrigerating device body (101), the cluster fragmenting device (1A) further comprising a plurality of magnetic field generating devices (2) providing magnetic field to the refrigerated objects (5) including water and varying the intensity of the magnetic field with the elapse of time.
