Abstract:
The invention relates to a refrigerating device (10) comprising at least one refrigerating chamber arranged inside a heat insulating housing (12) provided with a door (11). At least one shelf (18) with a substantially closed surface is provided inside the refrigerating chamber and at least one drawer-type compartment (28) is provided underneath said shelf to store goods such as fruit, vegetables or the like containing moisture. The opening section (29) of the compartment (28) facing the door protrudes above the end of the shelf on the door side and is fitted with at least one covering element (24) which covers at least the protruding opening section (29) of said compartment and can be removed from its covering position.
