Abstract:
A refrigerating and freezing apparatus and a control method therefor. The refrigerating and freezing apparatus comprises a box body defining a freezing chamber, a freezing fan, and a compression refrigeration system. The compression refrigeration system comprises a compressor and a freezing evaporator and a freezing throttling apparatus that are connected in series to the compressor. The control method comprises: when the refrigerating and freezing apparatus reaches a preset automatic shutdown condition, controlling the freezing fan to be in a stopped state, and controlling a refrigerant to flow through the freezing throttling apparatus and the freezing evaporator; adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor until the temperature difference value between the evaporator temperature of the freezing evaporator and the chamber temperature in the freezing chamber is greater than or equal to a preset minimum temperature difference; stopping operation of the compressor, and starting the freezing fan; and after the freezing fan continuously operates for a first preset duration, stopping the freezing fan. In the present invention, before shutdown, the humidity in the freezing chamber is first increased and then shutdown occurs, the average humidity in the freezing chamber is increased, and the temperature in the freezing chamber does not significantly rise.
