Abstract:
A refrigerating and freezing apparatus and a control method therefor. A ripening space used to ripen an object to be ripened is formed in the interior of the refrigerating and freezing apparatus. The control method comprises: acquiring a ripening stage of an object to be ripened; acquiring a condition parameter corresponding to the ripening stage; and controlling the refrigeration and freezing apparatus to operate according to the condition parameter. In the present control method, a condition parameter corresponding to a ripening stage of an object to be ripened may be acquired using different characteristics of ripening conditions required by the object in each different ripening stage, and a ripening environment parameter in the ripening space may be adjusted in stages, so that the object is always in an optimal ripening environment, avoiding the problem of poor ripening effects due to a single ripening environment, and improving the use experience of a user.
