Abstract:
A refrigerating and freezing device and a control method therefor. The refrigerating and freezing device is provided with a freezing compartment (11) and at least one non-freezing compartment. A compression refrigeration system (20) comprises a compressor (21), a condenser (29), a freezing throttling device (23), and a freezing evaporator (22) which are sequentially connected in series to form a loop. At least one non-freezing branch, and a throttled or unthrottled pipeline (243) are connected in parallel with two ends of the freezing throttling device (23). The compression refrigeration system (20) further comprises a first switching valve (241) for selectively turning on one or more of the freezing throttling device (23), the at least one non-freezing branch, and the pipeline (243). The control method comprises: when the refrigerating and freezing device is in a state in which any non-freezing compartment is refrigerated, obtaining the compartment humidity of the freezing compartment (11); and when the compartment humidity of the freezing compartment (11) is less than a preset minimum humidity, adjusting the first switching valve (241) to at least turn on the pipeline (243) to reduce the throttling degree of a refrigerant, so as to increase the evaporator temperature of the freezing evaporator (22) to be higher than the compartment temperature of the freezing compartment (11).
