Abstract:
A refrigerating and freezing device (1) comprises: a housing (10) defining therein a refrigerating compartment (11), a variable temperature compartment (12), a cooling compartment (14) for providing a cooling air flow for the refrigerating compartment (11) and the variable temperature compartment (12), a refrigerating return duct (15) and a variable temperature return duct (16); an evaporator (20) disposed in the cooling compartment (14) and configured to exchange heat with the air stream flowing therethrough; a heating device (30) arranged in the cooling compartment (14) and is configured to heat and defrost the evaporator (20) in a controlled manner; a return air mixing channel (40) connected with the end of the refrigerating return duct (15) and the end of the variable temperature return duct (16), so that the return air from the refrigerating return duct (15) and the return air from the variable temperature return duct (16) are mixed in the return air mixing passage (40) before flowing to the cooling compartment (14); and a return air guiding tuyere (50) disposed at the end of the return air mixing passage (40) and configured to guide the mixed return air in the return air mixing passage (40) to a lower part of the evaporator (20) according to a set air duct, so that the distribution of the amount of return air flowing through the evaporator (20) coincides with the heat distribution generated by the heating device (30) when the evaporator (20) is heated and defrosted.
