The present invention can provide: a refrigerating machine oil composition which is intended to be added for a lubricity imparting purpose and has excellent additive solubility; and a working fluid composition for refrigerating machines, which contains the refrigerating machine oil composition. The refrigerating machine oil composition according to the present invention comprises an ester mixture of an ester (A) and an ester (B) and an additive all of which are mentioned below, wherein the ratio of the content of the ester (A) to the content of the ester (B) [ester (A)/ester (B)] is 1/99 to 30/70 by mass, the additive is contained in an amount of 0.01% to 10% by mass relative to the amount, i.e., 100% by mass, of the ester mixture of the ester (A) and the ester (B), and the ester mixture of the ester (A) and the ester (B) has a kinematic viscosity of 1 to 20 mm2/s at 40ºC. The ester (A): a citric acid triester; the ester (B): an aliphatic monoester formed from an aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 3 to 14 carbon atoms and an aliphatic monovalent carboxylic acid having 4 to 12 carbon atoms; and the additive: an additive that can have a cloud point of -20ºC or higher when dissolved in a hexane solvent at a concentration of 1% by mass.
