Abstract:
Provided are a refrigerating system (100) and a refrigerating device. The refrigerating system (100) comprises: an outdoor heat exchanger (1) provided with a first outdoor port (11) and a second outdoor port (12); an indoor heat exchanger (2) provided with a first indoor port (21) and a second indoor port (22); a first throttling means (3) provided with a first throttling port (31) and a second throttling port (32), the first throttling port (31) being communicated with the second outdoor port (12), and the second throttling port (32) being communicated with first indoor port (21); a control valve assembly (5) provided with a first connecting port and a second connecting port, the first connecting port being communicated with the second outdoor port (12), the second connecting port being communicated with the first indoor port (21), and a liquid storage tank (4) being provided between the second connecting port and the first indoor port (21).
