A refrigerant cycle apparatus is equipped with a refrigeration cycle, wherein the refrigeration cycle is equipped with a compressor (10), a heat-source-side heat exchanger (12), a throttling device (16) and a load-side heat exchanger (15) which are connected together through a refrigerant pipe and a refrigerant can circulate through the refrigeration cycle, and wherein the refrigerant comprises a single-component refrigerant composed of 1,1,2-trifluoroethylene or a refrigerant mixture containing 1,1,2-trifluoroethylene, at least one heat exchanger selected from the heat-source-side heat exchanger (12) and the load-side heat exchanger (15) is equipped with at least one flow path (49), a heat transfer enhancement mechanism (an uneven surface (50a)) arranged onto the at least one flow path, and two connector tubes (41, 42) that respectively serve as an inlet port and an outlet port for the refrigerant coming from other device in the refrigeration cycle, and wherein the sum total of the inner cross-sectional areas of the at least one flow path (49) is larger than the inner cross-sectional area of at least one of the two connector tubes (41, 42).
