Abstract:
Provided is a refrigeration cycle device which can operate efficiently by enhancing the cooling capacity of water sprinkling while controlling reduction in collection power of an expansion machine. A refrigeration cycle device comprises a first compressor (1) for compressing refrigerant, an expansion machine (6) for decompressing and expanding refrigerant and collecting power related to expansion, a second compressor being driven with power collected by the expansion machine (6) and furthermore compressing refrigerant related to compression of the first compressor (1) to feed the compressed refrigerant to a main radiator (4), a heat exchanger having an intermediate cooler (3) for cooling refrigerant compressed by the first compressor (1) and the main radiator (4) for cooling refrigerant compressed by the second compressor to feed the cooled refrigerant to the expansion machine (6), indoor heat exchangers (41, 42) for heating refrigerant from the expansion machine (6) related to decompression, and a sprinkler (300) for sprinkling water to the outer surfaces of the intermediate cooler (3) and the main radiator (4), wherein the sprinkler (300) sprinkles water such that the amount of water sprinkled per heat transfer surface area of the intermediate cooler (3) becomes larger as compared with the main radiator (4).
