Abstract:
A refrigeration cycle device that constitutes a refrigeration circuit in which, during heating operation, refrigerant circulates through a compressor, a flow-passage switching valve, a usage-side heat exchanger, a usage-side flow variable adjustment valve, and a heat-source-side heat exchanger in the stated order, wherein a heat-storage device that is provided with a heat-storage-material temperature detection means is connected, via heat-storage refrigerant piping, between a high-pressure-side refrigerant pipeline and a low-pressure-side refrigerant pipeline of the refrigeration circuit. The heat-storage device has: a heat-storage operation in which high-pressure refrigerant passes through from the high-pressure-side refrigerant pipeline, whereby heat is absorbed from the high-pressure refrigerant; and a heat-dissipation operation in which low-pressure refrigerant passes through from the low-pressure-side refrigerant pipeline, whereby heat is dissipated to the low-pressure refrigerant. When the heat-source side heat exchanger is defrosted, the heat-storage device has a plurality of defrosting modes that serve as the heat-dissipation operation. One of the plurality of defrosting modes is selected on the basis of the detection temperature of the heat-storage-material temperature detection means, and defrosting is performed.
