Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a refrigeration cycle device such that it is possible to inhibit the acceleration of deterioration of cores of magnet wires due to a substance generated from a refrigerant that accelerates the deterioration of metal. The present invention comprises a compressor 1 that compresses a refrigerant, a condenser that condenses the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 1, a decompression device that decompresses the refrigerant outflowed from the condenser, and an evaporator that evaporates the refrigerant decompressed with the decompression device, and is such that: the refrigerant generates a substance that accelerates the deterioration of metal; the compressor 1 has a compression mechanism part 8 that compresses the refrigerant, and a motor 4 that has a rotor 41 and a stator 42 and that drives the compression mechanism 8; the stator 42 has a stator core 61 that has a plurality of tooth parts 68, and magnet wires 64 that are wound around the tooth parts 68; and each magnet wire 64 has a magnet wire core 80 that is a conductor, an outer circumference protection part 81 that covers the outer circumference of the magnet wire core 80, and an end surface protection part 82 that covers an end surface of the magnet wire core 80.
