Abstract:
A refrigeration cycle device according to the present disclosure comprises a first heat exchanger, a compressor, a second heat exchanger, and an expansion mechanism and has: a refrigerant pipe that connects the first heat exchanger, the compressor, the second heat exchanger, and the expansion mechanism, circulates a refrigerant, and contains copper as a main component; an atmospheric corrosion monitor (ACM) sensor that is disposed on the outer surface of and/or around the refrigerant pipe and detects corrosion current; and a processing unit that determines the corrosion of the refrigerant pipe on the basis of the change in corrosion current detected by the ACM sensor.
