Provided is a refrigeration cycle device comprising: a high-pressure-side heat exchanger (12) for dissipating the heat of a high-pressure-side refrigerant; a low-pressure-side heat exchanger (16) for causing a low-pressure-side refrigerant to absorb heat from air to be delivered to a space to which the air is to be delivered; a device (23), the temperature of which is to be adjusted by the high-pressure-side refrigerant; an outdoor heat exchanger (14) for exchanging heat between outside air and the high-pressure-side refrigerant or the low-pressure-side refrigerant; switching units (13, 15) for switching between a heat dissipation mode in which the high-pressure-side refrigerant dissipates heat to the outside air at an outdoor heat exchanger, and a heat absorption mode in which the low-pressure side refrigerant absorbs heat from outside air at the outdoor heat exchanger; a cooling request operation unit (48a) operated by a vehicle occupant in order to request cooling of air to be delivered to the space to which the air is to be delivered; and a control unit (40) which, when the cooling request operation unit has been operated so as to request cooling of the air to be delivered to the space to which the air is to be delivered, and when the device, the temperature of which is to be adjusted, needs to be warmed, controls the operation of the switching units so that the heat absorption mode will be set.
