A refrigeration cycle device comprises a compressor (11), a heat exchanger for heating (12), a first pressure reducing device (15a), an outdoor heat exchanger (16), a second pressure reducing device (15b), a heat exchanger for cooling (18), an indoor air ratio adjusting unit (33), and a control device (40). The first pressure reducing device reduces the pressure of a refrigerant. The heat exchanger for cooling exchanges heat between the refrigerant that has had the pressure reduced by the second pressure reducing device with air before same passes through the heat exchanger for heating. A vapor pressure regulating valve adjusts the refrigerant evaporation pressure (Pe) in the heat exchanger for cooling. The indoor air ratio adjusting unit changes the indoor air ratio that is the ratio of air in the space to be air conditioned to air that has been heat exchanged in the heat exchanger for cooling. The control device controls operation of the indoor air ratio adjusting unit. The vapor pressure regulating valve increases the refrigerant evaporation pressure as the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing therein increases. In a first mode, the control device increases the indoor air ratio as the refrigerant evaporation temperature (Te) in the heat exchanger for cooling decreases.
