Abstract:
Provided is a refrigeration cycle device (1) with which a pump-down operation can be executed while suppressing a reduction in performance. The refrigeration cycle device (1) comprises: an outdoor heat exchanger (7); a compressor (5) having an intake side and a discharge side; at least one indoor heat exchanger (12a, 12b); a four-way valve (6); a check valve (4) having an intake side and a discharge side; a pipe (24) serving as a first flow passage that connects the discharge side of the check valve (4) and the intake side of the compressor (5); a first opening/closing valve (9); and a refrigerant leakage detection device (13a, 13b). The refrigeration cycle device is configured such that, when refrigerant leakage is detected by the refrigerant leakage detection device (13a, 13b), a pump-down operation is executed as a refrigerant transfer operation, in which refrigerant is transferred from the indoor heat exchanger (12a, 12b) to the outdoor heat exchanger (7).
