Abstract:
This refrigeration cycle device comprises: a control unit; a low-stage compressor that compresses refrigerant from a first pressure to an intermediate pressure higher than the first pressure; a high-stage compressor that compresses the intermediate-pressure refrigerant from the intermediate pressure to a second pressure higher than the intermediate pressure; a condenser that carries out heat exchange between the refrigerant compressed to the second pressure and air; an INJ branch unit that branches refrigerant flowing out from the condenser into a first refrigerant and a second refrigerant; an expansion valve that expands the first refrigerant branched by the INJ branch unit and that reduces the pressure of the first refrigerant to the first pressure; an evaporator that carries out heat exchange between the first refrigerant flowing out from the expansion valve and air, and that channels the first refrigerant at the first pressure toward the low-stage compressor; an INJ merge unit disposed between a discharge port of the low-stage compressor and an intake port of the high-stage compressor; and an injection circuit that is connected between the INJ branch unit and the INJ merge unit, and that causes the high-stage compressor to take in the second refrigerant branched by the INJ branch unit, the injection circuit being provided with an INJ expansion valve that expands the second refrigerant, and a receiver that separates the second refrigerant expanded by the INJ expansion valve into a liquid refrigerant and a gas refrigerant, retains both refrigerants, and channels the retained liquid refrigerant toward the INJ merge unit, the control unit controlling the ratio of the displacement amount of the high-stage compressor to the displacement amount of the low-stage compressor, the displacement amount of the low-stage compressor being a value obtained by multiplying the volume of the low-stage compressor and the rotation speed thereof, and the displacement amount of the high-stage compressor being a value obtained by multiplying the volume of the high-stage compressor and the rotation speed thereof.
