Abstract:
An air-conditioning machine (1) is provided with a refrigerant circuit in which a compressor (10), an outdoor heat exchanger (30), an expansion valve (40), and an indoor heat exchanger (50) are circularly connected through refrigerant piping. During cooling operation, the outdoor heat exchanger (30) and the indoor heat exchanger (50) function as a condenser and an evaporator, respectively. The outdoor heat exchanger (30) comprises a main heat exchanger (32), a subcooling heat exchanger (34), and a bypass circuit. The subcooling heat exchanger (34) is configured to allow a refrigerant having passed the main heat exchanger (32) to flow therethrough. The bypass circuit is configured to allow the refrigerant flow through a bypass from the subcooling heat exchanger (34) to an exit side of the outdoor heat exchanger (30).
