The purpose of the present invention is to appropriately adjust, in a refrigeration cycling device configured so as to be able to achieve temperature adjustment of multiple kinds of temperature adjustment objects, the temperature of the temperature adjustment objects. A first branching unit (12a) causes the flow of refrigerant discharged from a compressor (11) to branch. The refrigerant of one branch is made to exchange heat with forced room air in a room condenser (13) and the refrigerant of the other branch is made to exchange heat with forced battery air in a battery heat exchanger (15). Moreover, in a configuration in which refrigerant flowing out from the room condenser (13) is made to merge with refrigerant flowing out from the battery heat exchanger (15) in a first merging unit (12b), a flow-adjusting value (14) for adjusting the flow of refrigerant flowing through the low pressure loss refrigerant path, in which, of a first refrigerant path (R1) from the first branching unit (12a) through the room condenser (13) to the first merging unit (12b) and a second refrigerant path (R2) from the first branching unit (12a) through the battery heat exchanger (15) to the first merging unit (12b), the path pressure loss is lower, is disposed in the low pressure loss refrigerant path.
