Abstract:
A refrigeration and freezing apparatus control method and a refrigeration and freezing apparatus, the refrigeration and freezing apparatus comprising a box body defining a storage chamber. The control method comprises a refrigeration operation step, a foodstuff determination step and a cooling operation step. The refrigeration operation step is controlling a temperature in the storage chamber to be within a first pre-determined temperature range. The foodstuff determination step is determining whether a new foodstuff has been placed in the storage chamber. The cooling operation step is, if a new foodstuff has been placed in the storage chamber, lowering the temperature in the storage chamber. Given that a new foodstuff has a higher temperature than foodstuffs originally present in the refrigeration and freezing apparatus, lowering a temperature in the storage chamber causes a storage temperature of foodstuffs originally stored in the storage chamber to change to a storage temperature appropriate to the new foodstuff, better facilitating storage of a new foodstuff, ensuring better storage conditions for a newly placed foodstuff, without affecting storage results for existing foodstuffs, and improving foodstuff storage results of the refrigeration and freezing apparatus.
