Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration and freezing, and particularly relates to a refrigeration and freezing apparatus and a control method therefor. The refrigeration and freezing apparatus comprises: a body, wherein a storage compartment for storing articles, a ripening compartment allowing the ripening of objects to be ripened, and a refrigeration air duct for providing cooling airflows are defined in the body, which refrigeration air duct is configured to be in selective communication with the storage compartment and/or the ripening compartment; and an internal circulation fan, which is configured to cause, in a controllable manner, airflows in the ripening compartment to circularly flow through the surfaces of said objects. In the present invention, a storage compartment and a ripening compartment are subjected to refrigeration at the same time by using a refrigeration air duct of a refrigeration and freezing apparatus, such that the problems of high costs and great energy consumption caused by a refrigeration circulating apparatus specially used for the ripening compartment being equipped are avoided, and it is ensured that a ripening environment, where the temperature is appropriate and air is continuously supplied, is always maintained in the ripening compartment, the cold air utilization rate is increased, and the energy consumption is reduced.
