Provided is a refrigeration and freezing device (100), comprising a case body (10), a door body (21, 22, 23), an oxygen-enrichment membrane assembly (31), an air pump (40), and a cooling system. The refrigeration and freezing device (100) provided combines a suitable storage temperature range and a nitrogen-rich, oxygen-depleted gas atmosphere, effectively extending the length of time that food stays fresh.
