Abstract:
A refrigerator appliance (100) includes a cabinet (120) that defines a chilled chamber. A door (126,128) is rotatably mounted to the cabinet (120) at a front portion of the chilled chamber. A food storage chamber (123,300) is defined within the door (126,128). The refrigerator appliance (100) also includes a sealed system (60) configured for generating chilled air. The sealed system (60) is in direct fluid communication with the in-door food storage chamber (123,300) to provide the chilled directly to the in-door food storage chamber (123,300).
