Abstract:
The invention relates to a compartment bottom (4) for a refrigerator, in particular a household refrigerator, comprising a bottom plate (14) and an outer frame (11) that encloses the base plate (14) and is hinged to the bottom plate (14). The outer frame (11) is supported on contact surfaces that are formed on lateral walls (1) of a storage compartment of the refrigerator, and the bottom plate (14) has lateral edges (17) that do not overlap with the contact surfaces.
