Disclosed are a refrigerator door body (10) and a refrigerator. The door body (10) comprises: a front panel (11) used for forming a front portion of the door body (10); a door lining (12) used for forming a rear portion of the door body (10); an upper trim (13) and a lower trim (14) respectively used for forming an upper end portion and a lower end portion of the door body (10); and a person-sensing sensor assembly (16) used for sensing whether a person is in front of the door body (10), with the person-sensing sensor assembly (16) being assembled, as a whole, on the lower trim (14). Various parts of the person-sensing sensor assembly (16) are integrated into a whole and assembled, the operation is simple and convenient, the amount of manual labor and assembly time are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. The person-sensing sensor assembly (16) is assembled on the lower trim (14) of the door body (10), namely, the position adjacent to the bottom of the door body (10), both guaranteeing basic functions of the person-sensing sensor assembly (16), and guaranteeing that the person-sensing sensor assembly (16) is not easily observed by a user, such that the aesthetic of the door body (10) is improved.
