Abstract:
The present invention provides a refrigerator and an edible-meat curing method. The refrigerator comprises: an edible-meat accommodation chamber for accommodating edible meat as a curing object; an air blowing device for blowing-in high-humidity air and low-humidity air; and a control device for at least controlling the actions of the air blowing device; the control device performs control so as to repeatedly supply high-humidity air and low-humidity air to the edible-meat accommodation chamber. In this way, edible meat can be cured in a relatively short time while simultaneously preventing the spoiling and excessive drying of the edible meat.
