Abstract:
A refrigerator control method is provided. The refrigerator control method comprises a step of acquiring identification information about meat products. In addition, the refrigerator control method comprises the steps of: acquiring slaughter date information about the meat on the basis of the identification information about the meat; acquiring part information about the meat; generating, on the basis of the acquired slaughter date information and the acquired part information, aging information including the aging degree for each aging period of the meat; outputting the aging information; and aging the meat at a set temperature and a set humidity.
