Abstract:
Disclosed is a refrigerator for preservation by means of an electric field, the refrigerator comprising several storage compartments, electric field release devices (5) and a voltage regulation device (4), wherein the electric field release devices (5) are installed in a partition layer between two adjacent storage compartments, or are installed on one side, near the storage compartment, of a storage compartment insulation layer, or are installed on one side, near the storage compartment, of an edge foam layer; the voltage regulation device (4) is installed at the top of the refrigerator, or at the back of the refrigerator, or in a compressor chamber; and the several electric field release devices (5) are in equipotential connection, and the several electric field release devices (5), which are in equipotential connection, are in series connection with an output end of the voltage regulation device (4). When operating, the electric field release devices (5) generate an electric field which resonates with water molecules in food so as to inhibit microbial growth, perform sterilization, decompose ethylene, inhibit the activity of food enzymes, increase the permeability of cell membranes and reduce the loss of cytoplasm and flavor ingredients, thereby achieving the preservation of foods and the rational distribution of electric fields in a multi-compartment refrigerator so as to balance all the compartments of the refrigerator and achieve a preservation effect.
