A refrigerator, comprising a freezer compartment (20), a quick-freeze compartment (30), a fan (12), a ventilation duct (13), and a ventilation door (14); the ventilation duct (13) comprises multiple air supply inlets (131, 132), at least one air supply inlet (132) for the quick-freeze compartment (30) to blow air into the quick-freeze compartment (30); the ventilation door (14) is disposed in the ventilation duct (13) downstream of an evaporator (11) and between an air supply inlet (132) for the quick-freeze compartment and an air supply inlet (131) for the freezer compartment; the air supply inlet (132) for the quick-freeze compartment is disposed upstream of the air supply inlet (131) for the freezer compartment; and the ventilation door (14) controls the ventilation duct (13) to adjust the proportion of air blowing into the quick-freeze compartment (30) and the freezer compartment (20). Also disclosed is a refrigerator temperature control method, the method enables the temperature in the freezer compartment (20) to remain normally controlled after the activation of the quick-freeze function, thus preventing the overtemperature in the freezer compartment (20) due to the quick-freeze requirement of the quick-freeze compartment (30).
