Abstract:
A refrigerator comprises a refrigerator box body, a refrigeration cycle with circulation of combustible refrigerant, and a water collecting basin for receiving and evaporating defrosted water. The refrigeration cycle has a condenser disposed in the refrigerator box body and composed of heat radiation pipes, a compressor, a pressure reducer, and an evaporator. The water collecting basin is disposed above the compressor and receives and evaporates defrosted water from the evaporator. In this refrigerator, even when it is a small-sized refrigerator with a capacity of 200 L or less, it is possible to prevent leakage of refrigerant and to realize simplification, energy saving, and cost reduction of refrigeration cycle.
