Abstract:
A refrigerator comprises an ice storage box and an ice maker disposed on the upper part of the ice storage box. A buffering mechanism used for slowing down the fall of ice cubes is disposed between the bottom of the ice storage box and an ice outlet of the ice maker. The ice maker is used for making the ice cubes, and after the ice cubes are made, the ice maker is turned over to pour the ice cubes into the ice storage box. By disposing the buffering mechanism, the falling speed of the ice cubes can be slowed down, and larger noises made when the ice cubes directly fall on the ice storage box are reduced.
