Abstract:
Provided is a refrigerator that allows the time taken to stabilize the temperature in storage chambers immediately after power-up to be shortened. The refrigerator is equipped with: a body 1000, the interior of which is formed with storage chambers and an air duct 1010 that conveys air to the storage chambers; a compressor 1001 which compresses a refrigerant; a cooler 1002 which performs heat exchange between the refrigerant from the compressor and the air and cools the air; an inside fan 1003 which supplies the air cooled by the cooler to the storage chambers; dampers which adjust the amount of air to be supplied to the storage chambers; an outside air temperature sensor 50 which detects the temperature outside the body 1000; indoor temperature sensors which detect the temperature in the storage chambers; and a control device 1009 which controls the compressor, the inside fan, and the dampers so that the temperature in each of the storage chambers is at a set temperature. The control device determines the rotational speed of the compressor according to the value detected by the outside air temperature sensor during the initial interval immediately after power-up, and brings the compressor into operation.
