Abstract:
A refrigerator, comprising: a cooler (32), a cooling compartment (13) equipped with the cooler (32) and forming an air supply opening (13a) connected to a storage compartment, an air blower (35) for conveying the air supplied by the air supply opening (13a) to the storage compartment, a shielding apparatus (50) at least partially blocking the air supply opening (13a), and a control apparatus (80) for controlling each component part. In addition, the shielding apparatus (50) is provided with an air blower cover (51) covering the air blower (35) from the outside of the cooling compartment (13) and a drive shaft (61) for controlling the opening and closing action of the air blower cover (51). When a freezing circulation compressor (31) stops, the control apparatus (80) blocks the air supply opening (13a) by means of the shielding apparatus (50), and positions the drive shaft (61) outside the air blower cover (51), thus preventing freezing of the drive shaft (61).
