Abstract:
The present invention relates to a refrigerator and, specifically, to a refrigerator comprising: a main body including an outer case, and an inner case provided inside the outer case so as to provide an ice-making chamber and a refrigeration chamber at the upper part thereof and provide a freezer chamber at the lower part thereof; and a dividing wall coupled to the inner case so as to form the ice-making chamber, wherein an insulation material is injected between the outer case and the inner case and into at least a portion of the inside of the dividing wall and integrally foamed therein so that the ice-making chamber is formed independently of the refrigeration chamber, and thus the ice-making chamber can be formed independently of the refrigeration chamber from an integral foaming process between the outer case and the inner case and on the inside of the dividing wall, and integral foaming occurs in the main body and the dividing wall so that a joint part between the main body and the dividing wall is removed, and thus the present invention has improved insulating performance in the ice-making chamber.
