A refrigerator (1) comprises storage-shelf height position adjustment portions (30), and ribs (21) provided at a storage shelf (20). First protruding portions (211) and second protruding portions (212) on the ribs (21) are respectively engaged with multiple first recessed portions (311) and multiple second recessed portions (312) of track slots (31) of the storage-shelf height position adjustment portions (30), so as to adjust the height position of the storage shelf (20) and enable effective use of an item storage space.
