Abstract:
A refuse and oil removing device capable of easily removing refuse and oil contained in drain from eating houses without touching the refuse and oil and a refuse and oil collection bag for the device. The support stand (46) of a support means (40) is disposed on the upper side of a level (36b) in a grease trap (10). The collection bag (42) is fitted to the support means (40), and the multiple layers of bag parts (68a), (68b), and (68c) of the collection bag (42) are placed on the support stand (46). The bag parts (68a), (68b), and (68c) are formed of an oil adherent material, and a large number of water passing holes (72) are formed in the bag parts (68a), (68b), and (68c). The drain is led to the innermost parts of the multiple layers of bag parts (68a), (68b), and (68c) and passed through the bag parts (68a), (68b), and (68c) in that order to adhere refuse and oil to the bag parts (68a), (68b), and (68c). Thus, the replacement operation of the collection bag (42) can be facilitated and the quantity of oil accumulating in the grease trap (10) can be reduced.
