Abstract:
A regenerant for in-place thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement. The mass percentage of each component is: 1-10% of a carbon nanotube penetrant, 10-30% of a light oil, 20-50% of a heavy oil, 2-10% of a plasticizer, 0.5-2% of an antioxidant and 0.5-2% of an anti-ultraviolet agent. Ultrasonically disperse the carbon nanotube penetrant in the light oil, perform stirring and three-roll grinding, then add the heavy oil, the plasticizer, the antioxidant and the anti-ultraviolet agent for mixing, continue to stir at 60°C - 90°C for 1-4 h, and stand for cooling to obtain a regenerant for in-place thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement. Compared with the prior art, the regenerant has heat resistance and ageing resistance, and high penetrability, high strength and high toughness.
