Abstract:
The present invention is applied to a regenerated energy type generating apparatus (1) provided with: a rotating shaft (8); a hydraulic pump (12) driven by the rotating shaft (8); a hydraulic motor (14) driven by hydraulic oil pressurized by the hydraulic pump (12); a generator (20); and a pitch drive mechanism (5). During occurrence of an abnormal event, the discrepancy between a state value indicating the operational status of the regenerated energy type generating apparatus (1) and a status value associated with normal operation is calculated by a stop controller (40). In the event that this discrepancy is equal to or greater than a first threshold value, at least one of transitioning of the hydraulic pump (12) to the idle state, transitioning of the hydraulic motor (14) to the idle state, and transitioning of the pitch angle towards the feathered position by the pitch drive mechanism (5), is carried out by hard-wired circuits. In the event that the discrepancy is less than the first threshold value but equal to or greater than a second threshold value closer to the normal value than the first threshold value, transitioning of the hydraulic pump (12) to an idle state, transitioning of the hydraulic motor (14) to the idle state, and transitioning of the pitch angle towards the feathered position by the pitch drive mechanism (5), are all carried out through software control.
