Disclosed is a regenerative driving source of an electric motorcycle, which converts electric energy into mechanical energy by means of the lever principle and then converts mechanical energy into electric energy, mainly comprising an electric motorcycle driving wheel motor, a driving wheel outer tyre (7), a steering wheel generator and a steering wheel outer tyre (14), the motor comprising a left and a right outer rotor (4), an outer rotor permanent magnetic pole (5), and an inner stator with double salient poles (6), and the generator comprising a left and a right outer rotor (13), an outer rotor permanent magnetic pole (11) and an inner stator (12) with double salient poles, characterised in that the input of the driving force of the electric motorcycle driving wheel motor is changed from the input from a conventional fixed shaft (1) into the direct input from a rim, so that the driving force is increased so as to not only drive the rotating running of the driving wheel but also bring about the co-movement of the steering wheel tyre; and the steering wheel generator is arranged on the fixed shaft (8), such that the generator generates electric energy with a preset power so as to recharge the driving source of the driving wheel.
