Abstract:
Provided is a regenerative heat exchanger wherein the heat exchange efficiency between a refrigerant passing through a refrigerant pipe and a cold storage material can be improved, and for which the joining status of a joint can be easily confirmed. A second side plate 22 has, formed therein: a concave portion 22c, the outer face of which is formed into a concave shape in the direction that a refrigerant pipe 13 extends; a joint 22e that is joined to another refrigerant pipe 13 along the entire circumference of the outer circumferential side of the concave portion 22c; and a communication hole 22d by which the interior and the exterior of a cold storage material container 20 communicate in the concave portion 22c.
