This region determining system includes a plurality of beacons which are capable of communicating with one another within a prescribed radio wave reaching distance and which transmit and receive prescribed signals, and which are disposed within the radio wave reaching distance of another beacon in a space including a plurality of regions through which a moving body with a terminal moves, and an information processing device capable of communicating with one of the beacons, wherein the plurality of beacons include a group of beacons comprising two of the beacons which have directional antennas, and the information processing device is provided with: a storage unit for storing beacon identification information relating to each beacon, and information relating to a communicable region of each beacon; a communication unit for receiving terminal identification information, the beacon identification information, and a reception strength; and a computing unit for determining, on the basis of the terminal identification information, the beacon identification information, and the reception strength, received by the communication unit, and the information relating to the communicable region, stored in the storage unit, the region in which the moving body with the terminal identified by the terminal identification information is present.
