Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a technology that can provide guidance for a region with contents appropriate for an entry point from which entry to the region has been made. [Solution] This region guidance system comprises: a point obtaining unit that obtains a point with which guidance information is associated; and a guidance unit that provides guidance information associated with a point selected, in the case where there are a plurality of points inside a region that has a defined boundary, on the basis of the position of an entry point from which entry has been made to the inside of the region. By selecting a point for which to provide guidance information on the basis of the position of an entry point from which entry has been made to the region, guidance for said region can be provided using contents appropriate for the entry point from which entry has been made to the region.
