Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/003387
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to convert distributed electric power generation such as photovoltaic electric power generation into a regional currency and store the regional currency. [Solution] The present invention comprises: an electric power database 10 for recording the electric power transaction data of an electric power supplier and an electric power consumer by a block chain; an aggregation module 211 for aggregating the transaction data in a prescribed period; a calculation module 212 for calculating the difference between a supplied amount of electric power and a consumed amount of electric power for each user on the basis of the aggregated transaction data; a regional currency addition module 213 that, when the difference is positive, adds to the user the regional currency converted at a prescribed conversion rate that corresponds to the difference; and a regional currency collection module 214 that, when the difference is negative, collects from the user the regional currency converted at a prescribed conversion rate that corresponds to the difference.
