Abstract:
Provided are a regional healthcare system and method for enhancing security and synergetic integration of electronic medical records. The method comprises: invoking an encryption/decryption algorithm to decrypt field names in an encrypted electronic medical record; performing matching on the basis of the corresponding field names in the decrypted electronic medical record and field names in an electronic medical record template; storing data of the decrypted electronic medical record in corresponding sorted and renumbered storage fields in a database, and generating a new electronic medical record; and upon ceasing acquisition of an electronic medical record from a next hospital information system, establishing index numbers for all new electronic medical records, and invoking the encryption/decryption algorithm to encrypt the new electronic medical records assigned with the index numbers. Implementation of the present invention realizes dynamic adjustment of electronic medical records, and enables conversion of electronic medical records in different healthcare organizations into electronic medical records in a common format, thereby realizing sharing of electronic medical records. Moreover, using a random encryption/decryption algorithm to encrypt and decrypt a transmitted electronic medical record increases information security.
