Abstract:
Disclosed are a regional monitoring and alarming system and an alarming method. A control device is arranged in each prevention and control region, the control device stores an association relationship table, and the association relationship table records an object associated therewith; when the prevention and control region where the control device is located serves as a first target object, the associated target may be a detection device or other target objects. If the state of the detection device or the target objects changes, and an alarming triggering condition is satisfied, the control device gives an alarm, thereby realizing real-time monitoring and alarming of an event that violates a law.
