Abstract:
A ball joint (8) that has a ball is provided on the centerline that is parallel to the direction of wind flow in a retainer (1). A center shaft support (3) from which shaft supports (4) project radially is provided in the center of a cylinder frame (20) in a rotating louver (2). A ball (81) is fit into a ball hole (32) provided in the center of the center shaft support (3) and is mounted to be able to tilt and rotate. Movable fins (23) are rotatably supported in the cylinder frame (20) by way of support shafts at substantially equal intervals in the radial direction, and the interior sections of each movable fin (23) are pivotably supported in each shaft support (4) of the center shaft support (3). An operation unit (6) is rotatably mounted in the center of the front side of the center support shaft (3) around the center line of the rotating louver (2), and the operation unit (6) is linked to the interior section of each movable fin (23) via a bevel gear mechanism (5).
