Abstract:
The present application provides a registration management method and device, the method comprising: an access adaptation device sends a first message to an access and mobility management network element, wherein the first message is used for requesting the registration of the device information of the access adaptation device to a device management entity and requesting initial registration; the access and mobility management network element requests the device management entity to register the device information of the access adaptation device to the device management entity; the device management entity sends a registration result corresponding to the device information to the access and mobility management network element; the access and mobility management network element sends a second message to the access adaptation device, wherein the second message is used for indicating the result of the registration of the device information of the access adaptation device to the device management entity and the result of the initial registration. The method and the device provided by the present application can manage the registration of the access adaptation device more efficiently, save the air interface overhead, and improve the communication efficiency.
