Abstract:
A first insulating layer (1) is formed by electrodeposition coating on an outer circumference surface of a linear conductor (m) having a substantially square cross section, and a second insulating layer (2) is formed on the first insulating layer by dipping method. When the first insulating layer (1) is formed, a swell is generated on the first insulating layer at a corner section of the conductor (m) due to electrodeposition characteristic of the electrodeposition coating method. Unevenness relatively generated on the surface of the layer (1) due to the swell is flattened by the second insulating layer formed by film forming characteristics in dipping, and the regular square insulating cable having excellent withstand voltage characteristic and conductor lamination factor is provided.
