Abstract:
A regularizing edge-sealing production line system and a regularizing edge-sealing production method thereof, relating to the technical field of wood working machinery. The regularizing edge-sealing production line system is sequentially provided with a feeding conveying table (1001), a left-direction correction conveying table (1002), a left-direction intelligent edge-sealing machine (1003), a double-row oblique-roller conveying table (1004), a right-direction correction conveying table (1005), a gantry-side positioning mechanism (1006), and a right-direction intelligent edge-sealing machine (1007) along a plate conveying direction. A bottom frame is further provided with a push handle device (4) and a blocking device (5) along a transmission direction of the plate. Side leaning pressing devices (1008) are provided on one side of the left-direction correction conveying table (1002) and one side of the right-direction correction conveying table (1005). The present production line system is novel in structure, improves the transmission efficiency, and is high in working efficiency. The gantry-side positioning mechanism enables the plate to be tightly attached to a reference side of the side leaning pressing device, so as to achieve the effect of correcting the plate. The control accuracy is high, the pressing mechanism is used for pressing the plate, the plate jumping and the offset are reduced, and the working reliability is improved. It is beneficial to achieve an edge sealing effect of a fixed length and a fixed width of the plate.
