Abstract:
Disclosed are a regulatable magnetic skyrmion material, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The magnetic skyrmion material is mainly composed of a magnetic material and two-dimensional elemental nanosheets embedded in the magnetic material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) under an ultra-high vacuum condition, epitaxially growing a buffer layer on a surface of a semiconductor substrate; and (2) under an ultra-high vacuum condition, epitaxially growing a magnetic material embedded with two-dimensional elemental nanosheets on a surface of the buffer layer in step (1), so as to obtain the magnetic skyrmion material.
